About This Experience
Some trips need more than a phone number. With our 24/7 Personal Concierge Assistant, you have a real person on the ground in Mykonos or Ibiza whose only job is to make your stay effortless.
Your concierge greets you on arrival, helps with check-in, coordinates luggage and transfers, and is physically present whenever needed – restaurant and club entries, yacht boarding, special events, shopping, hospitalities for VIP guests and more. Behind the scenes, they work with the wider Cloud 9 team to execute every request.
